Cant speaak English and struggling to make a booking

I wouldn't recommend. They barely speak English and just keep telling you , you need to WhatsApp for an appointment. Send an WhatsApp in July already, i am still waiting for confirmation. Really considering cancelling my wikideals voucher, what a waste of time
