Rose Cottage Dullstroom

We have stayed at the Jill Rose Cottage in Dullstroom numerous times previously, however, our last stay was very disappointing. Load Shedding and Eskom power failures in the area was a challenge and we accept beyond the control of the establishment, but the continuous beeping of the solar system that also failed and unit locked away in a cupboard in the room preventing one from getting any rest - throughout the night! The don't care attitude of the proprietor, I feel was totally inappropriate and when we brought the matter to her attention - we were given the third degree and s***ling looks towards our guests at the breakfast table. We will not be back.
