Debited on my credit card for accommodation I did not go to

My credit card has been debited with double the cost of one nights accommodation i.e. R1 300x 2= R2 600 but I have not been there at all after a botched up booking via Booking.com where you don't know who you are talking to. I was told I would have a full refund and am still waiting two months later.
