i write this follow-up review to give an indication of change in direction my involvement has been with Roscoe Estates. - The agent has been forth comming and we discussed relationship improvement - The previous deal fell through by means of the seller pulling out - The agent faciliated the process to ensure we existed the deal - Agent secured a new house which we've secured - The constant comm's have hugely improved and follow-ups interations - I am not blind sided and know I am with the process of the new deal we've secured - I requested additional meetings for Reno's etc and the agent has successfully arranged that seemlessly Summary: I have had a change of heart and would recommend Roscoe Estate to another purchaser based on my new expierence with the agent.
