Rosantu ignoring us and not paying what's owed

We sild a house through seef (henry is the guy)& we had issues with lodging and finalising the sale. We agreed that the buyer lease until sale is through. As of today we haven't received the rental of R10 000 that Rosantu is to deposit into our accounts from the purchasers that are leasing. We have been ignored by the owner and no explanation was given as to why the funds weren't deposited on the 31 January 2015.<br> Disgusted
