nice place **** service

so my girlfriend and I moved into this gorgeous place or we thought it was... we moved into rosa royale on the 1st of april and had problems with dampness of walls and water leaks from the unit above us. it started off being just a little of water maybe a half a cup full in the 2nd bathroom and now its a bucket of water a day and it seems like its leaking in the whole house now. the kitchen walls are leaking and the passage walls are leaking. we have been hearing from management that its going to get sorted out as soon possible but its the 28th of may and the only thing that has been done is a plumber that has come to look at the above unit and our unit and the manager visiting our unit time and time again to say the same thing. \we working on it". fair enough its not our place we are renting but is this really how a up market place should be? I will never recommend this place to anyone because no problems will ever get sorted out. the manager was to quick to give me a fine because my car was parked in the wrong place but the roof is going to fall on our heads but it doesn't affect him in the slightest way. I hope we find another place as soon as possible because this is horrible."""
