Useless customer service.

I arranged to buy a car cash from this dealership. Booked flight tickets to come up. Arrive here and there is no spare wheel, the battery is faulty. All of these faults we’re supposed to be fixed. The salesman is MIA. His phone is off.

The owners wife came and said she will sort it out. But that they want to service the car and I must collect it on Monday. This is not what was arranged. I needed to drive the car back to Ballito.

Have been sitting here for 2 hours. None the wiser. Seems I am heading home without a car

Steer far far away from this dealership. They feel nothing for their customers.
