Failure to accept liability

This car dealership situated in Boksburg, Gauteng, sold me a BMW with a defective waterpump and refused to take responsibility for repairs to the car, two weeks after I took possession of the vehicle. I reported the dealership to the ombudsman and hope that the owner realizes her liability.
