I app**** to buy a car from Roque Quality Cars, the sales person said I'm approved I must go and submit my original payslips and sign the contract, I take a 12 hour bus from Grahamstown to Johonnesburg to submit this documents, I signed all the documents we go to the bank, (my bank) to make arrangements I even choose the car then, they say I must come to fetch the car on the coming weekend, I did book a bus again to alberton north (12 hours) from where I'm staying, when I arrive at roque quality cars thy say my salesman is admitted to hospital so I must come back another day I asked for the bosses number they say, they are not allowed to give it to customers, I go back without being assisted, I sent the email to the boss explaining my story she said she will sort it out before the end of day, it was 1st week of march then
