Poor service from receptionist

Had my bloods done in Feb, got them today, the receptionist was abit rude, to put the cherry on top she didn't even make much of an effort to look for my card, she just made a new one. When I received my report I had asked how many before me she said 2 more patients however she made me wait much longer. Very horrible receptionist very poor service from her
