Pathetic service

I go every weekend to have mine and my daughter's hair done. Once a month we have our eyebrows done. I used to have eyelashes done as well, every 2 weeks, but due to the mess ups. I stopped that. Whenever I ask for my hair to be tinted, and highlights put in, I get what the hair dresser thinks I should have, and not what I am asking for. Then they leave the color in for too long. My hair has been burnt, and damaged. And started to fall off. They use cheap products. After they wash and set our hair we get white flakes falling off from our scalp. On the 20/10/24 I had my eyebrows done. My eyelids were so badly burnt , swollen and bruised. She even did not wax it straight I had to ask her to rectify it. I was so much in pain I was virtually cringing. She asked me to keep my eyelids straight. How can you, when you are in pain? I sent the pictures for 3 days to management of the salon, and got no response. I had to add a whole lot of make up, buy special oils to treat my eyelids. Now my scalp has gaps. My hair is thinning, and dry. My daughter has white flakes in her hair. She is only 16. I have been going to this salon for about a year. Their standards have dropped.
