Terrible behaviour and un organised

I had a 9.30am appointment at Roots Salon . When I get there , the lady colouring hair had 2 different clients and complains to the lady who brought me in about she already has 2 clients how can they book me. I had made my appointment 3 days before hand . As she continued to complain , eventually asked me what I was doing . I said full highlights and cut . Eventually she asked how much . I explained the manager told me R550 . Everyone was up in arms saying it’s impossible . Eventually I left . I couldn’t handle this behavior
