Extremely poor service

Follow up from my previous review. They promised to rectify the errors. When I got there this week they called the owners wife on the phone, she said she couldn't remember me. So I asked them to go ahead and rectify my hair colour's, and the dryness, for now, and the dandruff problem. After R450 later. My hair was cut short, whereby I was told I will get a very slight trim of not even 1cm. My highlights disappeared, I had a pinkish looking scalp, hair that was even more drier than b4. Despite me showing the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted. Really poor service.
