Zesty Zakhile

This goes out to the guy who grills the meat at this restaurant on Saturday afternoon I went there to get some lunch and boy were they slow!!! I was in there for 1 and a half hours. I observed the guy who grills the meat work and run like a chicken without a head and still give great customer service. He came out to give a little boy and girl who were waiting with their parents some chips. Then he ran around cleaning tables and back to grilling and all of this with a smile and the best of customer service. It is courtesy of him that roots gets these 5 stars. Amazing job Zakhile. Keep it up.
