Horrible customer service

<p>Sunday late afternoon went to roots grill at cosmo city mall ,there were few people at the restaurant having their meals ,however got there where we needed to order and a gentleman happen to put his bike infront of me.He then left and proceeded to the till ,while i was ready ordering he then told the lady assisting me the shop was closed,howver it was not 6 oclock the doors where wide open,no notice or anything was visible ,he just ignored me told the lady no more orders....even though customers where still sitting and others ordering more drinks....i didnt appreciate the lack of assistance</p>
