ROOTS BY THEO HAIRSALON -RUINED MY HAIR!

<p>I had the worst experience in my life at the ROOTS BY THEO HAIRSALON in seapoint regent road.I went there with hair down to my shoulder and asked if he could do a ombre on my hair,which would include him having to bleach the bottom of my hair..He told me that he was a specialist with blonde and can do it for me.When I got there I told him which dye I use before and he told me it will be a bit difficult to get it to the colour I want but he can do it.I ended up spending 4 and a half hours in the salon that day.He app**** the bleach ont my hair wrapped it with foil and placed me under the hairdryer(which late blew and malfuntioned while being under it,Luckily I did not get hurt)he checked my hair and advised he would need to add more to lighten it and get the yellow out)Me not minding as this is a specialist and professional hairstylers doing my hair, surely his done this before...about 2 and a half hours later he checks and removes the foil and washes my hair only to find my hair breaking and extremely damaged..I was extremely dissapointed.He put in a few extensions as most of the hair which was dyed broke off ...he told me to come back for a treatment the next week.I went there today only to find him still drunk from the previous night and as I(the client) walk in he says oooh zea kom jy alweer met jou drama,I was confused as to why he is telling me that as he is the one whom ruined my hair over processing it and me ending up with broken off hair and not him..he proceeded with telling me he will not take responsibilty for my hair its my own fault he told me its going to break(as if I would have him still do it if he told me that)and I asked him then if you knew it will break why did you continue and still do it,he couldnt answer me and started shouting at me that my hair was ***ed up already when I got there and its not his fault my hair broke and they will do the treatment but I must pay for drying it nothing is for free in life and he refuses to take responsibility and that I can ma (in afrikaans, RUK my P$#s op)this means basically to get angry.This Theo guy is so unprofessional and I was left in awe because of the way he spoke to me as the client ...this has really been the worst experience in my life at a salon and I regret setting foot into that place.I did not stay for the treatment due to the fact that he was shouting at me and swearing at me I did not feel safe.I left the Salon.I will never ever recommend anyone to go to that place I am still traumatised by this whole experience...</p>
