Bad customer service

I went to Roots Protea glen yesterday with my elderly mother, while we were at the butchery we were being served by a lady,while my mother was asking for different meat options, the lady serving was a bit confused and Mmabhato(fellow worker at roots) to assisted her. Mmabhato than approached my mother with such a sticking attitude even clicked her tongue at my mother,this having angered me so much I called for the manager and with the manager there this lady Mmabhato still gave her own manager the same attitude and saying "I will not apologize to her" her referring to my mother. I stood there in shock and told her that I would complain, other staff members also kept stopping her and telling her she was wrong. to the point where the manager says this Mmabtho lady is used to giving customers this attitude. my concern is now that if the management at the store cannot even discipline there own staff members who can we as client turn to? my mother being an elderly person being disrespected by this young lady at a store she spends her well earned money. I am highly disappointed and still feel something needs to be done cause clearly the staff at Roots feel they can get away with bad service
