Horrible customer service

So yesterday midday I went to buy meat at Roots Butchery Theku Plaza in Osizweni/Blaauwbosch and got a terrible stinking treatment from one of their staff members (I don't know whether she is a manager or what but she was doing the cashier duties) a white chubby lady who was angry at every customer she was helping. So I waited in the queue waiting for my turn, after she had scanned my meat parcel I took out my bank card to make a payment and she rudely told me that she is not taking cards as her speedpoint was not working and threw the meat parcel back at me (it is just unfortunate that I got ****ed off and didn't record this incident). I said to her, this is not proper though because I have queued on this line and now you telling me this, on top of that there is not even a notice saying "cash only". She immediately said "next"...signalling that she doesn't care about what I'm saying and she wantsto help the next customer. Luckily I had cash on me and when I told her about her bad service, she started swearing at me (saying **** you and go to hell) and chased me out. #Rootsbutchery your employee at Theku Plaza has painted your store group name as really bad and I have also lodged a complaint on your website page so that you are aware of this. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, she must leave her problems and do her job properly. I don't think I will ever go and buy in that store of yours and especially if nothing is done with her and her situation.
