Bad service

Went to roots protea Glen mall and their service was soo disgusting. One the ice cream I bought was rotten and 2 I can't return it without the slip but it was two minutes after purchase, they say they can't reprint the receipt I don't know how unless they a free using the old system. The ice cream I got secondly tasted very bad like rotten meat. Roots must just close down tjwy can't keep selling us food like that disgusting food like we dogs or animals.
