BAD SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

Yesterday I went to Roots Olivenhoutbosch, while on the till I the figured I forgot to buy a 1kg of Roots viennas. I then left my 5 year old at the till and quickly rushed to the fridge but they were finished, I then went to the butchery to order. Upon arrival I found a lady by the name of Jeanette, I then ordered and she told me that only 1 person is working with viennas and they are on lunch, I must wait approximately 15 minutes for them to come back. I then said to her out of all this staff members are seriously telling me that there is no reliever for that person. She just gave me a rude look, chewing gum and said its not her fault that there is no one there which I definitely didn't say. She then ignored me and helped the next customer, I then waited for someone to come back from lunch in order to be assisted. A lady by the name of Patience came and told me that there are no viennas, I then told her that I have been waiting approximately 20 minutes for her and was told that there are viennas but is the only person to assist. She also gave a very rude look, danced and went to the back. By then a cashier named Lorraine came to the back to find out where I was because my daughter was now crying, I then explained the situation to her. Lorraine then apologised and offered to keep my daughter at the till until I come back. I still waited for the viennas from Patience for another 15 minutes while she was busy moving around and dancing as if I am not a customer. I was the joke of the day at the butchery, I finally got the item and went to pay at the till. Oh sweet Lorraine kept on apologising, I then reported the matter to the assistant manager as well. I am extremely furious because I have never been so humiliated in my life just for viennas. What happened to customer service? I really ask the Manager of the store to deal with Jeanette and Patience because with people like them, you will seriously loose customers. Big ups to Lorraine, we really need people like you to assist!
