bad customer service

<p>On this date 02 June 2016. I went to buy meat I so a testing for viannas and rassions.a lady who was conducting testing in roots was not friendly.I first tested rassion it was good.but viannas where bit dry I asked if they are for today.she repplys"yes it's for today I fryed them today.the I she gave me I ate it it was not bad I wanted to buy.but she said to me after I swallowed it."if it was old vianna why do you eat it you should have spit it out" I was shocked with the insulting,she agued with me insulting my reputation infront of my wife not realising she is my wife. I told her out of anger I will report you to your manager she said to me" I don't care managers can't do anything to me"I was angry I took her pictures so that I can report her as she was not wearing a name tag. She went to security to report me taking her pics .my insult was furthered buy been treated as a ******** in front if customers.as she was later apologising for her behaviour to the management. I wanted to press charges as I recorded her insult to me and proven that roots has no stuff dissiplene and good customer service. In my case a lady was not pushing sales she made me to go and buy more expensive food at other store.my family love roots butchery for there fresh meat and best prices.should I go and do my grocery there in this situation? Is a customer alowed to fight customers? I need advices pls</p>
