bad customer service

Order number was called for collection and food was not ready, i reported to the manager and he started shouting at me using hash words and insulted me and everyone was looking and then he told me to not ever come to his shop to a point that i even had to leave my pap as he was rude... my question is why do they call out our order no. When the food is not even ready and no one was at the counter to assist us.. still waited for max 5 minutes with no service and the manager was insulting me when i tried to complain shouting on top of his voice.
