Bad attitude. No customer care

The Rockland store has some rude employees. I went there to buy food, waiting in a long line and this girl working at the till tells me she is going for a break. But just stands there, waiting for her friend for close to three minutes not selling to anyone as the line gets longer. Then she leaves and no one is at the till for 5 minutes well we all wait. Where is you customer service? Do your workers get trained on customer service. Or because majority of customers are black there is no need for basic customer care?
