Bad Attitude from cashier and Manager (Mathew) !!!! :-(

<p>Visited the Roots Butchery in Cosmo City Mall to buy a few things, when I got to the till I placed my basket of items on the till the cashier then said this is not pick n pay take your items out of the basket in a very cheek tone of voice i asked her if this was the way to speak to customers she gave me a bad look, asked to speak to the manager (Mathew) told him what happened he defended the Cashier, we know that Roots does not provide premium service but this is just terrible.</p>
