pathetic service and terrible management

I want to report terrible service from Roots Butchery in Vosloorus(Chris Hani Branch), there's a guy there by the name of Sipho Shabalala, I have sent emails to Khensani the manager, the head office but I'm getting no response, this Sipho is the most rude person I have ever spoken too, I wont rest till this guy is repremanded
