Worms in the biltong

I bought Biltong on the and meat on the 2nd of January 2024. The to the value of R1040. That's all groceries. The biltong I bought was for R145. 00 and on the day I did not eat the biltong that I purchased. On the 3rd I then put some biltong for the kids to eat in a bowl. And they started eating. After the 2nd bite, my daughter noticed small worms in the biltong. I then checked the plastic where the biltong was in to see if there were visible worms. There was alot of worms inside the biltong and inside the plastic bag. I immediately called the butchery. Roots in Festival where I purchased and alerted them. The gentlemen assisted and said I needed to return it. Later in the day I received a call from a lady called Vivian and she requested the picture and I've shared the video as well of the biltong and worms moving inside. She requested that I come and return it and request to talk to her on arrival. I arrived and I requested for Vivian and send her a message to alert her that I'm the store, and she said she is coming. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for her. There was a white managerers that she told the cashier that she can do it without Vivian being present. The cashier did the refund and I was told by the manageres that she apologizes and that's it. I never saw Vivian nor did I get a call to ask me if the kids are fine. Since they had a bite of the biltong.
