Worse experience ever

I had a bad experience at Roots Butchery Festival Mall. Imagine I was at the till still busy with my transaction and the next thing they call a next customer while still busy inserting my bank card, already behind me there is someone where is privacy I had to enter my pin while someone is behind me, I didn't feel safe at all. Please change your system... You don't call the next customer while you are still busy serving another customer. I must say your customer service is very poor.
