Unhygienic Butchery

I was at Roots in Newtown this morning, and while the lady was measuring Boerewors for me, she accidentally dropped some on the floor. To my surprise, she simply put it back with the other meat on display! When I asked her about it, she told me that customers are expected to wash their meat at home. This is a clear health hazard!
