Unhygienic behavior

I tried contacting the branch but the line is busy.. I then contacted HO and was transferred to a line that went to vm.

This branch has been handling the ice cream machine with no gloves on. I had complained to one of the ladies that threw a packet of make up on the ice cream cones.. Her answer was "its in a plastic pack" - I said no... That doesn't make it right. The girls have beautiful long nails and using their bare hands to wrap a serviette to the cones... Are they clean? 🤷🏼... Who knows ... Its downright nasty...

Can someone contact or I can go get a video to prove this... Pls fix it...
