Unhappy customer

Hi..my name is ANDRIES.... I would like to share my experience with hellopeter and viewers, I've been supporting Roots butchery in Pretoria mamelodi east tsamaya road for the past 5 years to six years,I have a good relationship with staff and some of management, sadly this days there's a new management added in the store, things are starting to get expensive almost every day in that store, yes we understand that the virus affected most businesses,but inflating price of certain products 2 or 3 time a month is so rediculous, yes all businesses inflate prices but not the same as Roots butchery in tsamaya road.... When one ask why is the shop getting expensive and expensive everyday, the answer will be"there is new management" I always refer friends and family to that store, now I realized that store is becoming more expensive than the stores I used to compare with,I used to rate the store because of reasonable prices,what am saying is people must start to compare and safe money than to run and shop in that expensive store like Roots butchery in Mamelodi East.... I am so disappointed because I rated that store more than it deserved, I really feel sorry because most us stocking at Roots we know each other and we talk... Am definitely sure one day we'll be getting better deals in other stores. But bosses must know that we as customers we talk... Wish you good luck with your starting to be expensive store...
