Something is off
Something is Off. recently bought frozen chips from roots and as someone who loves chips and consantly buy different frozen chips brand, i can tell that they are off. The taste and the smell is horrible.

25 Jul 2023, 10:32The store manager by the name of KG was happy to resolve the issue. He offered me a refund or new packet of chips so i opted for a refund. Thank You to KG from Roots Festival Mall, will definitely buy again soon.
