Rude cashiers and managers at roots butchery

Roots cashiers are very rude,I bought a chicken from them a month ago(roots nkomo village).I was with a friend and she ordered her beef.when we came back to collect,the put everything in one plate(chicken and beef).I asked them to separate chicken from beef cus I dont eat beef and they refused saying we played with one note(the money) the manager was there and didn't even intervene.they all folded their hands until this other guy took the food and separate.i wrote a complain via WhatsApp an to date I never received a response.roots its nonsense,staff are disrespective and managers gives no ****
