Rotten fish sold in store

I'm very disappointed with the quality of food we being sold at roots Thabong shopping complex in the vaal triangle area. Wednesday the 1st of May I purchased a couple of stuff as usual. 4days later I defrost the fish bought at the store, only to find it rotten. Almost fed that to my pragnant wife. Last month it was their Russians and I kept quite about it now this month it's fish, next month what else is it gonna be? I've got pictures of receipts, and the rotten meat. I want answers for from the store manager before I escalate this matter.
