Rotten Chicken
Good day ,I don't even want to give a star ,I'm very dissapointed, I bought 2 x5kgs chicken at Roots Belhar Airport mall ,I opened the bag and made of it just to dicover it was old and smelly and then I opened the other bag to check if that chicken is fresh and made of it the same rotten chicken ,I went to Roots for a refund but they only gave me 1 bags money back because I used of the chicken ,how would one know if you don't open and taste it and I like to make alot for the Sunday and keep the rest for the Monday ,I will never buy their chicken ,I'm very dissapoint

12 Apr 2023, 11:58Roots butchery in Belhar airport mall is selling old chicken to customers I am one of the customers who bought 2x5kg mammas chicken and only got a refund for one bag because according to them I've used the other 5kg ,I've opened both the one I took and make and end up with bad smelly bitter chicken so I opened the other bag and take of that to make and thought maybe that is fresh so I ended up with the same rotten chicken I went and query and the cashier said I should bring the chicken back but she weigh it and only 5kgs shows and she only refunded me for 1 x5kg ,I highly recommend a health inspector to investigate my name is Rene Layman and my contact is *** ,it's made us all in the house run to the toilet are they busy poisoning customers,I'm really upset for Roots behaviour towards me and to top it off another couple came in with the same mammas 5kg x4 bags chicken and they refunded them ,really now ?
