Roots sold rotten meat to me

I went to buy meat at Roots Silverton branch on Friday. I usually buy meat there and someone braai for us. I ordered the meat and paid for it and left it for the guy to braai it. I went back to collect it and when I got home the meat was rotten and smelling bad. It means they sell spoiled meat to customers. When you try to contact them the numbers on the website doesn't exist. I tried to connect with them via FB and they asked me to send an email for complains. I followed that process and no one bothered to contact me back or respond to my email. They don't take their customers health serious. What a poor service
