Roots Butchery robbing shoppers

So this roots butchery in Siyabuswa Mall is robbing south africans by rounding off amount. I bought a bottle of water which is R11.99 and the total amount i had to pay was R12.00. I asked the staff they told me they just work there and i shouldn't bother them for just 1cent. Yes it is 1 cent but how many people shop there every minute that are charged this 1 cent, and how much does that add up to with all the transactions of each day? Wish i could upload this receipt.
