Roots Butchery Primrose

I am very disappointed with my experience at this butchery. The quality of service was poor, and the staff were not helpful or welcoming. The meat I purchased was not up to the standard I expected — the quality and freshness were disappointing, especially considering the price. I expected better hygiene, customer care, and overall professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service and product quality.
