Roots Butchery in Tshepiso

I bought beef liver only to find out when I cook it its a chicken liver. The shop is a ****, every staff member knew it was chicken liver but chose to keep quiet. When I return them, the lady who was helping us replaced them with beef liver and threw the chicken liver with my last spices, oil and onion, that they don't want to replace and she sent me to her manager. The manager was rude to me and he blamed me for the mistake happened in their shop, saying that it's not his fault, "meaning it's my fault". He didn't even want compensate the petrol I used for traveling to their shop, for "their mistake" that he's putting on me. I asked him that the fault is it not of the person who packed? He said the person is on the leave. My question is, how long they were packed?
