Roots a danger to the community

Last month I bought sausages at roots butchery meadow point, later that evening when we eat them my wife found a piece of glass in one of the sausages, I went back to the butchery, I showed the supervisor that piece of, she then took it to the manager when she came back told me she lost that piece, both with manager they asked me leave my contact number they will comeback to me but they never up to now
