Poor service, workmanship

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Roots Mega Philani Butchery on June 27, 2024. I had placed an order for 4 wors and beefs for an amount of R114 for a grilling event. Unfortunately, my order was misplaced or lost upon collection, and I had to wait an additional hour for a resolution.

This incident caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

I kindly request an explanation of how this happened and assurance that it will not recur. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses I incurred.
