Poor service and system

Yesterday I went to shop at Roots Hlahatsi, I found rotten sweet potatoes on the shelf then I took other staff and went to the till. While I was paying their speed point took time to reflect after that it declined but on my side the money went through, the cashier asked me to put the pin and try again thrice it didn't went through. She called the supervisor to assist, she told me that the money will reverse back to my account maybe is the bank's fault. I immediately went to my bank to check and they find out there was nothing wrong on their side coz the money went through. I went back to them to show them my bank statement they called the manager and the manager told me that there was nothing he could do I'm not the first one with that problem many customers had that problem. Sadly I went back home without my kids food and without my money even now the money is still not reversed it means we are going to struggle because of their faulty system. My kids have to suffer now pls I need help
