****ming butchery and poor service

i had a very very bad service in roots butchery Festival Mall, their swiping machine are busy swiping double and it seems like this is going for long and yesterday they could not help, the manager told me they can't help me because is Sunday basically we should have not used our card on Sunday because they wont be able to help, i have not received my refund even now as the manager told me this matter will be resolved before 09:30 today Monday, they don't care about the customer because they put the blame on customer to shop on Sunday instead of fixing the matter, they know nothing about customer service and they just so happy when their swiping machine are double charging us and we come back to ask for refund and they give a **** answer. i was with my child if i was alone, now i was going to be in jail for their wreck service
