Meat tastes rotten

This goes to Roots Butchery in Mabopane Square. Everytime i buy their mammas russian they always taste like they made them with spoilt meat. Bought them for the 3rd time thinking there may be changes. Sadly i bought their vors last Sunday and it tasted like they made it out of spoilt meat! It seems they re-use their rotten meat. Why would thiers taste different from other Roots butcheries?
