Lack of customer service

Nkomo Village Mall Atteridgeville i went to Roots grill i was served by nthabiseng as per receipt pribted by a cashier i asked her thow to get rewards card,she rudely said she knows nothing abiut that she has never seen one she doesnt know what im talking about .I went to rootsbutcher across the corridor.as i was placing my parcel at the parcel counter,the lady at the parcel counter said she said she has no clue about rewards cards i must go inside the store.i went inside met with a lady who was wearing rootssweater no nametag of cause.She said unfortunately they never had even a single one since their introduction,they are not even sure will they ever have them.you cant advertise what you dont have on catalogues its misleading and deceiving clients and its ********* behaviour

However,this is a sign of lack of customer services and sence of urgency and customer culture,lack of professionalism and corporate manner rather full of dont care attitude or as long as i earn my wage/salary,because on their walls catalogues are hanging noting some products or items can be bought at discounted rate if you produce rewards cards so community of atteridgeville is not benefiting from that because someone failed to do their job by picking up the phone and order rewardscards for clients so that they can get their discounts rather they being over charged by lack of rewardscards. i doesnt need a matric or degree to pick up a phone and just order this cards.
