Items prices

I visited the shop on Saturday the first of November 2025 and bought groceries worth 3000.00 cash and to found out that they mentioned they running a special of which was not a special as I check prices on Tastic rice 2kgwhich they were selling for 32.99+\_ and check with mikro it was selling for 26.99 and tell me which special are they running. Took back the stuff same day for refund and they refuse to refund .please advise my consumer right as I feel ****** by the shop .price competition commissioner I think they must visit the shop as they say they have different suppliers which boggles my mind as I know Tastic rice company is one in South Africa .please advise.
