Horrible customer service

I have a terrible experience with roots on Meadowlands its situated in meadopoint. An employee at the butcher was busy serving people and when I came through she pointed me to the queue which I agreed to and joined the queue people came through past me and she assisted them and even it was finally my turn she told me she will call me and asked how was yhay possible when the whole time she was nlbusy assisting people who came after me without being called. The lady gabr me an attitude and told me she was not going to assist me and she called someone behind me and assisted the agin said to me I shall wait for them. I was fuming and called the manager she apologised on her behalf and asked her to assist me ,with attitude she finally did ,she was screaming and shouting asking me what I wanted, the whole stuff was laughing . Really the stuff at the shop lack professionalism and they have no respect at all I left there feeling like my money had no value to them. It hurts to think that they still didn't care even when they saw that I was hurt .that woman named Mpumi doesn't deserve e to work with people she's rude and ruthless m, cares less about customers.
