The roots butchery in Sky City Mall gives u a stamp for each R200 u spend. When u fill the boxes in the voucher you are given a free R200 voucher to spend there. I filled my voucher last month end in August 2021 and when i asked for the R200 voucher or discount i was told i would be given the next time i visited the shop. On the 10th of September 2021 i went and bought meat and asked for the R200 discount. I was told the competition ended in June and they no longer have the stamps. I then corrected them because end of August they stamped my voucher in that particular shop so why are they saying it ended in June. I would have been okay if the manager had said tbey just ended the promotion but to say it ended in June is a blatant blue lie. They falsely encourage people to buy more knowing they wont give the customers the expected voucher. They should not have those vouchers if they wont give people the discounts. Im very disappointed in the service by management
