I'm having a complain with roots butchery at evaton mall yesterday around 5pm I entered the store holding my plastic that had clothes and my wallet also they gave me ticket number where my parcel are placed I didn't get what I wanted at the store and when I went to parcel count the person who was working there gave other customer my plastic and he claims that our ticket are the same!!!!! How is that possible when I ask the security he says there's is no such thing so when I talked to the manager there's nothing that he's helping me he tells me that I have to have a proof of what was inside the plastic so how will I have such proof while everything is there even the slip and my wallet? Roots butchery at evaton mall they are ****mers and also they rob their customer they even have attitude from the manager they can't even know how to talk to the customer that store they are ********s
