Dirty , Disrespectful and Poor Management

I am an entrepreneur with a few small QSR and retail operations in and around Musina. 6 Months ago one of my Takeaways expanded their range to include Russians on the menu. My manager was happy to source from Roots at the mall daily to ensure fresh supply. From the start she was not looking forward to getting 50kg to 100kg of Russians every day and complained that she gets harrased and vulgar comments being made to get by the security at Roots. Today I decided to go and see if this is the case. I go in , get my 50kg of Russians. Get checked by the staff member , get checked again by the tillpoint . Not great but I bear it . Leaving, a Non-Uniformed person wearing just a shirt that say "Billy" shouts from the side as I am leaving he wants to search me! Search me?? What? Why?? . Anyway , being not in any kind of uniform I decline politely and walk away. All weel till about 40 meters from the store , when "Billy" intercepts me , gun ready and detain me. I ask why , he said that he will not let me go before I am searched. Obviosly not going to allow that from a non-uniformed person. Next moment 3 "Managers"dressed in full Roots uniform starts shouting that I will be searched, they don't give a **** who I am. Over and over it gets shouted , 40m away from the store entrance. "Billy"again armed and threatening me the whole time. I asked my money back after this interrogation, keeping in mind they could not find that I have done anything wrong except not want to be searched by an un-uniformed, Armed person. If Roots honestly feel people should be treated like this it say a lot about them. Roots will not miss my R40k to 60k a month but keep on treating people like this , don't be surprised if you decline. Vencor , 5min away treated me with respect and as a human being , no guns in sight. I look forward not to be treated like absolute ******* to a company I give R660 000 to in the last 13 months.
