Good day

I can say I write this with a heavy heart and very disappointed with a service I got from Roots Mams Mall, I went there purchase some items and ice creams using a card, when I got to the ice cream till was told its a must they have to hold on to my slip, I explained to them I needed the slip, with an attitude they told me there is nothing they can do but have to go back for a refund apparently they won't be able to help me, I told them to call their manager on duty they refused and said I must go back inside, my question was is this not the same roots they started swearing at me.
